Dream Pillows are made with Organic Flax Seed and Organic Lavender Flowers. They can be put in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and applied to a sore muscle or put in the freezer and used as a great way to cool down or place over puffy eyes. I use them in my yoga classes for our final relaxation!
